About the Role
Codvo is an AI and data-native modern engineering services company that builds enterprise AI systems, agentic workflows, and vertical solutions across mortgage, retail/CPG, healthcare, oil & gas, and legal industries.
As RAG + Agentic AI Lead you will own the end-to-end architecture, delivery, and optimization of enterprise RAG and agentic systems. Responsibilities include:
- Build end-to-end RAG pipelines with smart chunking, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and query rewriting.
- Implement LangGraph-based agentic workflows with tools, planning, and self-healing behaviors.
- Develop and optimize vector search systems using Qdrant, Weaviate, or OpenSearch.
- Design multi-tenant, ontology-driven knowledge layers for enterprise data.
- Implement guardrails, hallucination reduction, and automated evaluation frameworks.
- Build document ingestion pipelines for PDF, DOCX, OCR, and images.
- Architect FastAPI-based AI microservices with caching and async execution.
- Integrate LLM systems with SharePoint, CRM, and databases.
- Ensure security, PII safety, auditability, and governance.
- Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers.
Requires 7–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with deep expertise in RAG pipeline engineering, LangGraph agentic workflows, vector databases, and production LLM deployment. Nice-to-have familiarity with Haystack and LlamaIndex.
