Founding Engineer (Applied AI)

We're looking for a high-trajectory SWE to build the AI agents that will automate how $2T of industrial goods move through the supply chain. Our AI agents don't have users — you don't upend an industry's business model with human-in-the-loop copilots. You'll work directly with the founders to build autonomous systems for the core functions of $Xbn+ industrial customers.

What you'll do:

• Build and ship autonomous AI agents that process orders, generate quotes, and make inventory decisions without human intervention
• Integrate with messy enterprise systems — ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, and phone systems that distributors actually use
• Write high-performance backend services that handle inventory optimization algorithms, complex pricing logic and more

What we're looking for:

A systems-minded engineer who wants to build software that runs real businesses:

• Experience with Next.js, TS, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL — our core stack
• Familiarity with C# is a plus for working with legacy enterprise SDKs
• 1000s of hours in combined LLM usage and productizing — deep familiarity with LLM research, agents, tool calling, robustness
• Hire on trajectory, not resume length
