GEICO seeks a Senior Staff ML Engineer to architect the virtual assistant platform serving 30K+ internal associates. The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, skill marketplace governance, production-grade harness engineering, context management, and AI safety frameworks.
Key responsibilities include architecting GEICO's AI agent platform at scale, multi-agent orchestration, skill marketplace governance, production-grade harness engineering, context management, and AI safety frameworks.
Minimum experience: 8+ years software development (Java, C++, Python, Go, C#). 6+ years building AI/ML platforms. 5+ years managing end-to-end SDLCs. 4+ years with LLM training/fine-tuning systems. 3+ years operating multi-agent systems in production. Bachelor's in CS/Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
Tech stack: Elasticsearch, Qdrant, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Spark, Ray, Temporal, Redis, Neo4j, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, GPU infrastructure. LLMs: Llama, Qwen, Claude, GPT. Frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI. Context Engineering: RAG pipelines, memory hierarchies, context compaction. Protocols: MCP and A2A communication standards. Observability: LangSmith, Arize Phoenix, Langfuse.
Salary: $130,000 - $300,000.
