About the team

The Agents team builds document understanding capabilities and co-piloting experiences using custom multi-agent frameworks and distributed systems infrastructure for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own critical system components by converting complex requirements into robust, scaled solutions
• Build high-scale document systems enabling constant-time indexing regardless of data volume
• Architect performance-tuning solutions minimizing latency and maximizing throughput across millions of documents
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years backend software engineering experience at startups or top tech firms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Extensive AWS cloud platform experience
• Working knowledge of Kafka, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, or Redis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus

• Experience with agentic systems, LLM products, or AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)

Compensation

Salary Range: $160,000 - $300,000 USD
