About the Role
Hyperspell (YC F25) is building the Memory & Context Layer for AI Agents. The platform gives AI agents automatic memory by connecting them to users' data sources through continuous data ingestion, indexing, memory graph construction, and context retrieval.
Hyperspell is hiring for three founding engineering roles, all based in San Francisco (onsite):
1. Founding AI Engineer 2. Founding Forward Deployed Engineer 3. Founding Platform Engineer
All positions are full-time, on-site in San Francisco, CA, published April 1, 2026.
The company equips AI agents with personalized memory by integrating workspace data, serving clients including Entelligence, Scale Agentic, Hobbes, and others.
Compensation: $150k-$220k + generous equity and benefits.
