Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (f/m/d)*

Parloa is building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you're on the front lines of enterprise AI adoption — leading end-to-end deployment projects from an engineering perspective. FDEs are Parloa's in-field product engineers: you'll build what doesn't yet exist, adapt architecture to enterprise realities, and engineer integrations across systems and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Own deployment engineering for large, complex enterprises (Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, TUI).
• Architect for scale and resilience across agent workflows, orchestration, and integrations.
• Build custom extensions and integrations (SIP/telephony, CRMs, data platforms, internal APIs).
• Shape the product through field learnings and ship back to the core platform.

Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MCP.

Requirements: 7+ years in software engineering or systems integration. Strong plus: experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (embedding agent workflows, vector databases, prompt orchestration).

Based in Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany.
