Machine Learning Engineer

Dashlane's ACE team is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to pioneer web-understanding technology using large labelled and unlabelled datasets of web pages, applied to autofill enhancement, credential risk detection, and phishing prevention within privacy-preserving frameworks.

What you'll do:

• Conduct R&D on web page comprehension and its applications to credential protection systems.
• Collect data, train models, make hypotheses, experiment and analyse results.
• Deploy, evaluate, and continuously improve AI-powered features and agentic systems in production, including LLM-based applications, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), tool-using agents, and workflow automation.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines for collection, training, and web-extension integration.
• Collaborate across ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, and designers, and integrate modern GenAI tooling into your workflow.

Requirements:

• Master's or Engineer degree in ML/AI or Computer Science.
• 4+ years professional experience in product-led companies, including 2+ years in R&D.
• Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and deep learning frameworks.
• Scientific mindset and technical rigour; fluent English and comfortable with AI-assisted engineering.

Nice to have: JavaScript/web technology knowledge; experience with foundation models, RAG, or AI agents in production; ML cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP); interest in data privacy and security.

Stack: NodeJS/TypeScript (backend), React/TypeScript (frontend), Python/Scikit-learn/Optuna/ONNX (ML), DVC/MLflow (MLOps), GitLab/Sonarqube/Terraform (CI/CD). Hybrid, 3 days/week in the Paris office.
