Role Overview
The Applied AI team seeks full-stack engineers proficient in web frameworks, backend systems, and infrastructure. The position involves shipping production AI solutions including AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Structured Extraction, model fine-tuning, and LLM inference infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Ship complete full-stack AI projects end-to-end
- Build and integrate AI infrastructure components supporting production inference and fine-tuning
- Develop engineering processes and systems to scale AI solutions
- Create internal tools enhancing team productivity
Required Qualifications
- Full-stack development proficiency with expertise in web frameworks, backend systems, cloud infrastructure
- Track record working on production LLM projects
- Experience building backend systems supporting AI-driven products
- U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not provided)
- Willingness to work 2-3 days weekly from NYC or SF office
Compensation: $155,000 - $339,500 annually (location and level dependent) plus equity
