Workday's Customer Agentic Solutions team is hiring a Senior Developer for Agentic AI Engineering in Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-stack product engineering role with ownership spanning problem definition, model selection, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization for customer-facing services.

Responsibilities:

Own AI-powered features end-to-end: problem framing, data contracts, model/tool selection, prompts, evaluations, safety, cost/latency optimization
Build AI-powered translation and internationalization features
Production reliability and business outcomes ownership

Requirements:

7+ years software development experience
Expert Python proficiency
LangGraph, LangChain, Pydantic, asyncio, pandas, NumPy, boto3
AWS, GCP, Docker
REST/Graph APIs, pytest, GitHub, CI/CD
LangSmith for observability
End-to-end AI feature ownership experience
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Experience with:

Agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures
RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Transformer architectures, prompt engineering

Optional:

Flowise, n8n, PowerAutomate, Zapier orchestration
Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot AI-enhanced development

Location: Dublin, Ireland (telecommute with 50% in-office per quarter)
