About the Role
Siemens Energy is hiring a Principal AI Agent Engineer to architect enterprise-scale multi-agent systems and lead a small, elite team with autonomy to define technical direction. You will define the technical vision for the AI Agent Factory, translating cutting-edge agentic AI research into production-grade systems. This role requires building production agents and tooling from the ground up, with experience in LangGraph and AutoGen, and the ability to build custom agent coordination layers. You will lead a team of 3-5 engineers with full technical ownership. The role demands 6-9 years of production AI/ML experience and 3+ years designing and shipping multi-agent or complex LLM-based systems at scale. Tech stack includes Python, TypeScript, Go, LangGraph, AutoGen, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and custom agent orchestration and coordination layers.
