About the Role
Siemens Industry Software is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer. You will design, build, and operate agentic systems that reliably complete real tasks. The role involves architecting agents that support planning, memory, tool use, and multi-step execution. You will build agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen. The position requires designing and implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) and RAG-based integrations as first-class mechanisms. You will own agentic systems end-to-end from architecture and integration to reliability and operation, delivering trustworthy, scalable, and measurable agentic capabilities. 5+ years of experience required. Salary range: $129,600 - $233,300 annually plus 5-10% target incentive. Tech stack includes LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MCP, RAG, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, container environments, Infrastructure as Code, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
