About the Role
TheLoops (an IFS company) is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer for their Enterprise Agentic AI Platform. You'll work hands-on with enterprise customers to deploy AI Agents that act as digital coworkers, governed, secure, always learning, and working 24/7 to drive measurable business outcomes. The role involves building LLM applications and RAG systems using Python, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, and Weaviate, and integrating agents with enterprise APIs (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) for customer service and IT operations workflows. You'll own customer technical success, ship custom agent integrations, and feed learnings back into the core platform. 2-5 years experience required.
