Andera seeks highly technical engineers to develop AI agents for financial audit work used by major corporations. The role emphasizes technical leadership and client relationship management.
You will build state-of-the-art AI systems in a domain that LLMs are not natively familiar with and create fault-tolerant infrastructure for resource-intensive workflows. Engineers will also develop evaluation methods for LLM reasoning and collaborate on fine-tuned models with frontier AI labs.
The Founding Engineer will be in charge of technical decisions that can impact millions of dollars in revenue, while also owning business relationships with some of the largest companies in the world.

Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000-$200,000 plus equity
- Performance bonuses reaching $300,000 additional compensation
