This hybrid engineering role focuses on designing intelligent agent systems powered by machine learning. The engineer will build automation solutions, integrate AI with enterprise workflows, and ensure measurable impact through robust agent orchestration, scalable model deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multi-agent systems for process automation and decision-making
- Implement reasoning and planning using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGPT
- Integrate AI agents with APIs and business systems
- Map business processes into agentic automation frameworks
- Develop and deploy large language models and domain-specific ML models
- Build data pipelines and vector databases
- Optimize for production scalability and performance
- Champion responsible AI practices with governance standards
- Lead Agile AI operations including backlog and sprint management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or Engineering
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or agent development
- Production-grade AI/ML deployment experience
- Deep expertise in three of: agent orchestration, ML development, data engineering, API integration, process engineering, or responsible AI
- Strong Python programming with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Business process analysis and workflow automation experience
- Prompt engineering and vector database familiarity
- Matrix environment collaboration skills
- Agile methodology expertise (Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities
Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000
