About the role
We're looking for AI Engineers for our Stockholm office. You'll work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and design practical AI solutions rapidly
• Implement end-to-end AI/ML workflows, including agents, RAG setups, and traditional ML where needed
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications, preferably on Azure
• Apply modern software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, quality-oriented development)
• Use MLOps approaches to operationalize and monitor models
• Integrate with APIs and enterprise systems
• Work with databases, SQL, and pragmatic data engineering
• Move between solution shaping, implementation, and advisory roles

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in software or data applications with hands-on AI/ML components
• Experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong cloud development background (Azure preferred)
• Proficiency in Python and modern engineering practices
• Production ML systems deployment and operations experience
• APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL understanding
• Problem framing and pragmatic solution design abilities
• Strong English and Swedish skills (written & spoken)
• Computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or similar background

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code and containerization (Terraform, Docker)
• PyTorch, LangChain/LlamaIndex, deep learning, and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Data platforms experience (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, event streams, data warehouses)
• Structured testing approaches
• Consulting or customer-facing engineering experience
• Leadership or advisory experience

Additional requirements

• Legal right to work in Sweden (no visa sponsorship available)
• Regular office presence (2-3 times weekly) in Stockholm
• Location within 1-hour proximity of Stockholm or planning to relocate
