Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

CollectWise (YC F24) is using generative AI to automate consumer debt collection, a $35B market in the US alone, with voice AI agents already outperforming human collectors by 2X.

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in NYC, you'll lead customer implementations end-to-end at the intersection of engineering and operations.

Day-to-day:

• Develop custom integrations with client systems
• Configure and deploy AI agents for each client (prompts, workflows, data transfers)
• Create solutions using modern back-end frameworks
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
• Build internal tools to streamline implementations

The team scaled to $2M ARR in months.

Requirements:

• 1+ years engineering experience
• Proficiency with Node.js, React.js, AWS, and SQL
• Production environment experience
• Strong communication and work ethic

Preferred:

• Experience or interest in voice AI

Location: New York, NY (onsite). US citizen or visa holder only.

Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000 base + 0.10% - 1.00% equity.
