Associate Software Engineer, AI

Conga is hiring an Associate Software Engineer, AI in Bangalore. The role involves developing AI/GenAI solutions within Conga's commercial operations platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing robust AI-based features
• Participating in the complete AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Working across multiple technologies and databases for scalable, secure product development

Required Technical Skills:

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery
• AI/ML Concepts: GenAI and MLOps familiarity
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
• Core Competencies: Object-oriented programming, concurrency, design patterns, REST APIs
• DevOps: CI/CD tooling including Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)

Minimum Experience: 6+ months as an AI Engineer in the software industry
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Desirable Qualities: Strong troubleshooting skills, logic-based thinking, proactive problem-solving, Agile methodology experience, unit testing/code coverage, source control (GitHub/Bitbucket).
