About the Role
Eloquent AI is the first AI Operator built specifically for financial services, automating complex, regulated customer service operations beyond frontline support. Their AI Operator learns to securely navigate existing systems by observing standard operating procedures (SOPs), automating up to 96% of tasks without engineering effort. YC X25.
As a Senior AI Engineer on AIOps & Infrastructure, you'll design and build scalable AI infrastructure to support deployment of enterprise AI agents and enable ML teams to train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Build the next generation of AI Operators: multimodal, autonomous systems that execute complex workflows across fragmented tools with human-level precision
- Automate LLMOps and MLOps workflows, ensuring seamless model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring
- Design retrieval systems and RAG architectures to support enterprise agents
- Optimize GPU workloads and inference infrastructure for production AI agents
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Python
- Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval systems, and RAG architectures
- Exposure to LLMOps, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models
Based in San Francisco. Salary range $150K-$250K.
