About the Role
Figma is hiring a Software Engineer on the AI Product team in London. The Code area is responsible for the agentic workflows that power ideation and prototyping on production codebases, including Dev Mode, Figma's MCP server, and new agentic coding products.
You will build full-stack features that turn designs into code through multi-step LLM workflows: planning, tool use, execution, and verification against real repos. You'll evolve Dev Mode, ship new agentic coding products, collaborate with researchers and ML engineers on prompting and tool design, and shape how millions of designers and developers use AI.
Required: 3+ years shipping full-stack features, strong React and TypeScript, cross-functional communication, high velocity with attention to detail. Ruby on Rails and iOS / Android experience are a plus. Experience with user-facing LLM and agentic product features preferred.
