Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom AI solutions for clients, ensuring integration and scalability
- Collaborate across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment
- Shape engineering culture and company strategy
- Interact directly with customer CTOs and technical teams
Example projects include automating call centers with AI phone agents, building content moderation systems, API integration builders, data analysis tools, and voice agents.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional coding experience
- Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages
- Demonstrated interest in AI (LangChain experience, LLM side projects, or ChatGPT expertise)
- Comfort with self-teaching and solving novel problems
- Startup mentality and customer collaboration skills
Compensation: $160K-$350K annually (plus equity)
