About the team
The Agents team builds document understanding, copiloting, and retrieval capabilities. They've developed custom multi-agent frameworks and distributed systems infrastructure for handling enterprise-scale data.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data types to implement cutting edge insight generation systems
- Explore new LLM and NLP techniques to maintain industry leadership
- Develop and deploy data-driven models using statistics and machine learning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve NLP and LLM capabilities
- Integrate agentic capabilities into production systems
- Stay current with research advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years software development at startups or top tech firms (ML focus)
- Strong Python proficiency
- NLP library experience (NLTK, SpaCy, Apache Tika)
- Search and indexing technology knowledge
- Foundation model and API experience
- Statistical analysis skills
Preferred
- Master's degree in CS, Mathematics, or ML
- Agentic systems or LLM product experience
- Regular use of AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
Compensation
Salary Range: $160,000 - $300,000 USD
