About the Role
MintMCP is an agent governance platform that enables organizations to roll out Claude & Cursor with 100+ MCPs while controlling access. The platform provides an MCP Gateway for deploying and securing MCP servers, and an Agent Monitor for real-time visibility into agent behavior.
Open roles:
1. Engineer - Full stack across MCP protocol, gateway infra, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Tech: TypeScript, Go, Python, CockroachDB. 2. Founding GTM - Sell MCP infrastructure to CISOs, IT leaders, and CTOs.
The company builds MCP infrastructure for enterprises, providing:
- For Engineering: Pre-configured MCPs, custom registries, role-based endpoints, observability
- For Security: Audit-ready compliance, SSO (SAML/OIDC), granular access controls, intelligent guardrails to detect and block risky agent actions
