About the Role

Myriad360 seeks a Tech Lead to serve as the primary technical owner building AI and automation solutions across the organization, reporting to the CIO.

This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency across sales, operations, finance, services, and IT departments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to map current processes and identify high-value AI/automation opportunities
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agentic solutions, and RAG pipelines
  • Develop system integrations using APIs and automation platforms
  • Implement monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI systems
  • Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors on solution delivery
  • Lead user acceptance testing and supporting adoption through documentation and training
  • Contribute to security and compliance efforts and escalate risks appropriately

Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions engineering, automation engineering, or AI engineering (B2B/IT services/VAR/MSP preferred)
  • Hands-on LLM experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Enterprise AI platforms (StackAI, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI AgentKit, Dify, Langflow, LlamaIndex)
  • API integration expertise (Microsoft Graph, OpenAI, OAuth, SAML, JSON)
  • Automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Make)
  • Vector database familiarity (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma)
  • Excellent communication and requirements elicitation skills
