Veedma is a telehealth practice for men's hormonal and sexual health. We treat low testosterone, ED, and vitamin D deficiency in men 18 and up, fully online. Cash-pay subscription covers consultations, lab panels twice yearly, prescribed medications, and unlimited messaging. Clinically Enclomiphene-only; we don't offer testosterone replacement therapy.
Founder-led: an MD urologist (CEO) and a software CTO (ex-Yva.ai, acquired by Visier). The platform is AI-native by default: both founders code in Claude Code every day, production calls OpenAI's API from Python, Akute is the EHR, Stripe handles billing.

Two founding seats, both reporting to the founders directly:

• Founding Product Engineer ($160-200k + equity). Python/Flask/Postgres/Celery. Own patient flows, EHR and billing integrations, internal clinical tooling, and the in-product LLM layer. 7+ years shipping production web apps, most of them in healthcare.

• Founding Growth Engineer ($150-190k + equity). A builder who happens to do growth. No paid budget, no agency. You ship landing pages, scrapers, creator outreach pipelines, referral loops. 7+ years in organic / partnerships growth, most of them in healthcare.
