Agentic AI Engineer (w/m/d)

Netural is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Linz, Austria (hybrid) to build enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI solutions that transform complex system landscapes into intelligent environments.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute technical expertise to concepts, offers, and roadmap definition from PoC to MVP
• Develop autonomous agent workflows using Python, LangGraph, or Google ADK
• Build integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365) via secure tool development
• Construct data ingestion pipelines and retrieval logic using vector databases like Qdrant
• Implement multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines with LLM binding via custom tools
• Monitor and evaluate AI solutions using LangSmith or Langfuse

Requirements:

• Backend/architecture software development background; fluent in Python or Java/Kotlin
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications and agent architectures (LangGraph, Google ADK, LlamaIndex)
• REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth2, and secure third-party system integration
• Relational and vector database experience
• Bonus: container/cloud infrastructure, enterprise security, n8n, or Temporal

Compensation & Location:

• Minimum gross monthly salary EUR 3,954 (negotiable based on qualifications, with overpayment for experience)
• Linz, Upper Austria - hybrid work model
