Senior AI Engineer - Agentic AI @ COOA

As an AI Engineer in ING's Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (COOA), you are passionate about modern software engineering practices and Agentic AI, and ready to drive the development and scaling of distributed agentic AI solutions, from concept to production. In this newly set-up team you work closely with data scientists and product owners to build multi-agent frameworks and to orchestrate interactions between agents.

Requirements

• Python programming proficiency, with experience in Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs and async programming.
• Experience designing distributed software with cloud-based managed services (preferably GCP).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) and design of multi-agent systems.
• Practical experience with LLMs (Gemini, Claude etc.), RAG systems, and vector DBs.

The Analytics Engineering Center of Excellence (COOA) has 100+ members and is expanding, aiming to make ING data-driven by leveraging Data and Analytics to deliver impactful solutions.

Location & compensation
Amsterdam, Netherlands. EUR 5,485.70 - 8,828.03 per month.
