Senior Agentic Engineer

Webflow is the visual-first website experience platform. We're hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer (Internal Operations) to design, build and ship AI-powered agents and automations that transform how Webflow operates internally.

LOCATION

Argentina (Remote).

REPORTS TO

Director of EPD Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and deploy agents and workflows automating processes across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
• Build and maintain a reusable library of AI skills and agents for organizational use
• Partner with leadership to identify manual processes and convert them to reliable, AI-backed automations
• Own full-stack builds connecting AI platforms to tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack
• Lead R&D with context engineering, RAG architectures, and emerging agent frameworks
• Create documentation enabling team adoption of AI tools
• Track usage and support responsible AI evaluation

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Business-level English fluency
• 4-6+ years in automation engineering, internal tooling, or technical operations roles
• Deep AI and agent fluency: fluent in LLMs, their APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and RAG
• Experience turning operational problems into working software
• API/webhook/integration platform experience
• Demonstrated track record with shipped internal tools
