About the Role
Addepar is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for the New Workflow Platform team. The company is pivoting from a SaaS suite to a global orchestration platform.
This role works at the intersection of workflow orchestration and Agentic AI, leading a team of senior engineers building the platform infrastructure that integrates with Addepar's AI assistant "Addison."
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior engineering teams, balancing team management with hands-on coding
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps
- Scale platform infrastructure across regions
- Developer community evangelism
Requirements
- 6+ years platform development experience
- 2+ years formal people management or team leadership
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- AWS cloud architecture experience
- Familiarity with Temporal, n8n, or Pipedream (workflow orchestration tools)
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship
Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 USD (base) plus bonus, equity, and benefits
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
