Responsibilities:

• AI Architecture Design: Build production agentic systems transcending basic LLM integrations — developing intricate multi-agent sequences featuring specialized reasoning, information retention, and instrument usage configurations
• Multimodal AI Development: Tackle demanding unstructured information (construction records, visual content) and devise novel extraction methodologies for organized knowledge at scale
• Full-Stack Pipeline Management: Control experimentation with state-of-the-art techniques through evaluation frameworks to inference optimization
• Infrastructure Development: Establish novel information workflows, vector storage systems, and assessment mechanisms enabling rapid prototyping while preserving operational stability

Requirements:

• C1 fluency in German — essential for navigating sophisticated construction sector vocabulary
• 2+ years building production AI systems — demonstrated shipping of AI capabilities that actual consumers utilize
• TypeScript competency — capable of implementing frontend systems and API connections independently
• Prototype fast, measure everything, and iterate based on real user feedback
• Previous startup involvement preferred
