AgentOps & Cloud Engineer
About the Role
Algorithma builds autonomous digital colleagues for business functions, delivering packaged AI services and private LLM options with data residency in Sweden/EU.
As AgentOps & Cloud Engineer you'll work at the intersection of AI orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and operational tooling — playing a critical role in deploying, monitoring, and optimizing LLM-based agents.
Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and optimize the backbone of AI agent systems
- Ensure high reliability and performance of AI agents that power real-world applications
- Design CI/CD pipelines for agent deployments
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for agent runtimes
- Partner with the AI engineering team on production readiness
- Resolve incidents and oversee security/compliance
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience with cloud infrastructure platforms
- Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and operating LLM-based agents and orchestration workflows in production
- CI/CD tooling and observability stacks
- Strong Python
Bonus: experience with vector stores, retrieval systems, and LLM evaluation pipelines.
On-site in Stockholm.
