AI Software Engineer

Your Impact:

• Design, build, and maintain services and infrastructure that manage AI-powered agents.
• Develop backend services using Python with well-tested APIs.
• Apply prompt engineering best practices.
• Work with MySQL for data storage and optimization.
• Learn, apply, and optimise RAG systems, including vector databases, embeddings, and document chunking strategies.
• Support React/JS front-end integration.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on AI infrastructure.
• Monitor production system performance and reliability.

Your Qualifications:

• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL).
• Familiarity with React.
• Basic understanding of large language models and eagerness to expand that knowledge.
• Interest or experience in prompt engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Desirable:

• Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• RAG pipeline knowledge.
• AI/ML infrastructure or agent framework experience.
• Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
