Arphie is building a next-generation agentic-first questionnaire automation platform, with a focus on RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs (Request for Information), Security Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires, etc. We're a small, tight-knit, and flatly organized team of builders with unreasonable conviction in our mission to transform how enterprises work by empowering organizations to harness AI agents & AI-native workflows for seamless automation of complex workflows and decision-making processes. About the Role
As a generalist engineer, you'll solve problems across the entire stack, and sometimes even adjacent to the stack. You'll dream up and turn delightful, intuitive user experiences into reality. Or perhaps you'll implement key components of our workflow orchestration engine. Or perhaps you'll build out mission critical AI capabilities and systems. Or perhaps you'll work on a problem that hasn't been solved before.
You could be a good fit if you (need to have):
You are curious, truth-seeking, open, and transparent
You have strong customer centric experience, preferably having worked closely with end customers to deliver high-impact AI-based solutions.
You have strong experience with full-stack technologies, including React JS for front-end work, Python or Golang for back-end work, and familiarity with key infrastructure components and architecture.
