Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, training, and fine-tuning of large language models for NLP tasks
• Design scalable production architectures for LLM solutions
• Enhance model performance regarding data quality, bias mitigation, and model interpretability
• Stay current with NLP/AI research advancements and prototype innovations
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Prior senior-level experience deploying LLMs in production environments
• Strong ML and NLP theoretical and practical knowledge
• Python proficiency and ML frameworks expertise
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation skills
• Proven track record driving AI/NLP innovation
• Leadership experience and excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical audiences
