Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, training, and fine-tuning of large language models for NLP tasks
- Design scalable production architectures for LLM solutions
- Enhance model performance regarding data quality, bias mitigation, and model interpretability
- Stay current with NLP/AI research advancements and prototype innovations
- Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Prior senior-level experience deploying LLMs in production environments
- Strong ML and NLP theoretical and practical knowledge
- Python proficiency and ML frameworks expertise
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation skills
- Proven track record driving AI/NLP innovation
- Leadership experience and excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical audiences
