Product itself orchestrates a team of coding agents on the user's Mac. Founding engineer builds features, talks to users, and shapes how coding agents are managed as autonomous workers.
About the Role
Conductor is an app that lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. The team has grown 10x since January and just announced a $22m Series A. They are a small team (four people) and looking for exceptional software engineers and designers to work in person in San Francisco.
They are looking for a scrappy jack of all trades: an idea generator, an explorer, someone who can talk with users, design and ship features end-to-end, and help shape product direction as Conductor scales from four people to a real company. You'll work directly with the founders in their San Francisco office.
No prior AI/ML product experience required. Open to new graduates and non-traditional backgrounds. Will sponsor visas. In-person work required in San Francisco.
Compensation: $140K - $250K + 0.50% - 2.00% equity.
Tech stack: TypeScript, Tauri, React. Experience with these is not required.
Early users include engineers at Linear, Vercel, Notion, Stripe, and Y Combinator.
