Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Build and improve the agentic system that orchestrates multi-step reasoning to navigate the complex, often messy tendering workflow
• Ranking & Search: Design ranking algorithms and retrieval systems for subcontractor matching and marketplace search
• Price Prediction: Develop models estimating fair construction work pricing
• ML Pipelines: Own end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from architecture through production deployment
• Experimentation: Design offline evaluations, A/B tests, and metrics-driven iterations for continuous model improvement
• Cross-team Collaboration: Translate business problems into ML solutions, work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Production ML: Monitor and maintain deployed models with continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Python Expertise: 5+ years writing production-grade Python with clean, structured code
• ML/LLM Depth: Strong foundations in classical ML and LLMs, with specialized experience in price prediction, search/ranking systems, or conversational agents
• Backend Skills: APIs, data pipelines, and services development
• Quick identification of priorities in complex systems
• Data-driven decision-making approach
• Bias for action mentality

Bonus:
