The AI Agent Engineer role focuses on deploying state-of-the-art AI agents addressing real-world customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta's AI platform and tools
• Build integrations with external systems (APIs, databases, CRMs)
• Tune agent performance and troubleshoot in enterprise settings
• Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Conduct demos and iterate based on customer feedback
• Coordinate projects and define milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in software development, consulting, AI/ML, or forward-deployed engineering
• Proficiency in Python and Golang
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on LLM experience preferred
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• API integration and webhook expertise
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Salary: $185,000 - $235,000 + Annual Bonus & Equity
