Build and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents handling high-stakes conversations. Work directly with customers, engineers, and researchers to design intelligent systems delivering real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize conversational AI agents for enterprise use
• Collaborate with customers on business needs assessment and tailored solutions
• Train and fine-tune language models for accuracy and efficiency
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise infrastructure via APIs and databases
• Rapidly prototype and experiment to improve interactions
• Partner across engineering, research, and product teams
• Monitor agent performance through simulations and evaluations

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in software development, AI engineering, or NLP
• Strong Python proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks
• Hands-on experience with language models, fine-tuning, and inference optimization
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise integrations
• Rapid prototyping and iteration capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and customer collaboration skills

Desired Experience

• Prompt engineering, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, RAG, reinforcement learning
• Frontend/backend development (React, Node.js, NestJS)
• Information retrieval, recommender systems, document Q&A, agent development
• Published research at NeurIPS, ACL, SIGIR, ICML, or ICLR
• Open-source NLP contributions
• Fast-paced startup environment experience
