About the Role
Finom, a European B2B fintech (Amsterdam-HQ, Series C, ~$346M total funding) building an all-in-one financial platform for SMBs, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to work with product managers and engineers to integrate AI into the platform. You will build and deploy AI models with RAG and tool calling for customer-facing agents, document understanding, anomaly detection, event classification, and fraud detection. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering, and comfort with AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes. Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland (also hiring across Barcelona, Berlin, Portugal, Hungary, Serbia).
