The Role:

The Data Infrastructure & AI team is responsible for the platform that powers Fullstory's AI-driven product features. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you'll collaborate with product and ML engineers to define how LLM-powered customer agents evaluate and act on Fullstory data. You'll build and maintain the team's MCP server that enables AI agent integrations, design Go microservices that serve aggregated session/event data to LLM applications, and shape evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain the team's MCP server that enables AI agent integrations with Fullstory data
• Design Go microservices that serve aggregated session and event data to LLM applications
• Define evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs using tools like LangSmith
• Work with dbt models for data transformation and pipeline orchestration
• Collaborate with product and ML engineers on LLM-powered customer agents
• Drive observability, reliability, and performance for AI infrastructure

Tech Stack:

• Go, Python, Java
• BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks
• dbt for data transformation
• LangSmith, Vertex AI for LLM ops/evaluation
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Compensation: $160,000–$170,000 USD base + up to 10% bonus

Location: Atlanta, US (hybrid, ~1 day/week in office)
