About the Role
As a GenAI Engineer at Machine Learning Reply, you will independently develop and implement Generative-AI-Modelle, (Multi-)Agent-basierte LLM-Anwendungen and AI solutions for client needs. You will develop and maintain AI pipelines, APIs, and interactive applications working with LLMs, multimodal models, and knowledge graphs. You work on complex AI projects, analyze business applications for generative AI, and translate them into technical solutions. You leverage communication skills to collaborate closely with clients, analyze their GenAI challenges, and present results clearly. You work across diverse technology stacks including Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs. You mentor junior colleagues in AI and facilitate knowledge transfer within teams.
Required: Completed technical degree (Computer Science, Business IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar). Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP and AI-based production systems. Proficiency in Python, R, Rust, PySpark, or SQL. Expertise in Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure; containerization and model deployment. Fluent German and English communication skills.
