Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Architect LLM-based systems with prompt pipelines, agentic workflows, tool-calling integrations, and RAG setups
- Build data pipelines connecting source systems to AI workflows
- Partner with Process Analysts on requirements translation
- Own production reliability
- Evaluate emerging AI tools
- Contribute to internal AI development standards
Requirements
- 6+ years software engineering with 2+ years hands-on LLM/AI production experience
- Strong Python
- Practical LLM API experience (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- SQL and cloud data warehouse familiarity
- Workflow orchestration tools
- AWS experience
- Product quality instinct
- Autonomous work capability
Nice to have
- Vector databases and embeddings
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD annually
