The role involves designing and shipping AI-powered automation tools that transform manual business processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect LLM-based systems with prompt pipelines, agentic workflows, tool-calling integrations, and RAG setups
• Build data pipelines connecting source systems to AI workflows
• Partner with Process Analysts on requirements translation
• Own production reliability
• Evaluate emerging AI tools
• Contribute to internal AI development standards

Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering with 2+ years hands-on LLM/AI production experience
• Strong Python
• Practical LLM API experience (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• SQL and cloud data warehouse familiarity
• Workflow orchestration tools
• AWS experience
• Product quality instinct
• Autonomous work capability

Nice to have

• Vector databases and embeddings

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD annually
