Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build foundational, large-scale systems for designing, managing, and monitoring complex AI agents
• Write maintainable code with high test coverage (80%+) and implement CI/CD practices
• Take full charge of problems, architect solutions, and guide work through deployment
• Solve novel, previously unsolved technical challenges in the AI negotiation space
• Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones in a distributed organization

Requirements:

• Solid experience with object-oriented programming languages
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to modern practices: Agile, Lean, TDD, SOLID, DDD, CI/CD
• Customer-focused mindset with business impact awareness
• Experience leading technical initiatives or complex projects
• Fluent English; flexibility with non-traditional work hours
