About the Role
salesHAX is building a subscription-based AI product featuring a conversational interface powered by RAG architecture. As a Full-Stack AI Developer, you will own the complete build including:
RAG Architecture: architecture and development of the server-side RAG pipeline, from query processing through embedding and vector search to prompt construction. Full-Stack Development: frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node.js) ensuring all LLM API calls remain server-side. Subscription & Payments: three-tier subscription model with 7-day trial via Stripe, including webhook logic for tier validation. Data Ingestion Pipeline: automated transcription (Whisper API), cleaning, chunking, and vector database loading via Make.com or n8n. Analytics Dashboard: real-time behavioral analytics tracking queries, emotional tone, content gaps, and usage limits.
Required: deep full-stack web development experience with Next.js and Node.js, practical RAG system knowledge and vector database management (Pinecone or Weaviate), LLM API proficiency (Anthropic Claude Sonnet, OpenAI), PostgreSQL (Supabase), Stripe implementation experience, and ability to deliver within a 12-week build-to-launch timeline.
Salary: EUR 60,000-110,000 annually. 100% remote within Germany.
