About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to engineer and operationalize ATI Business Group's Agentic AI capabilities for the travel and aviation sector. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade AI agent systems that can reason, use tools, retrieve contextual knowledge, and execute multi-step workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Agentic AI systems that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise workflows to enable intelligent automation.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt structures, and contextual retrieval logic to improve response quality and execution reliability.
• Build and optimize AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and workflow execution across business processes.
• Develop and maintain orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI, MCP, OpenClaw, OpenCode, or similar technologies.
• Engineer backend services and integrations using Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Deploy and operate systems using Docker/Podman and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance through observability, logging, and operational controls.
• Collaborate across Data, Platform, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or workflow automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases / enterprise retrieval systems.
• Experience with production deployment and containerization.
• Familiarity with workflow tooling (n8n), conversational interfaces (OpenWebUI, LibreChat), and data platforms (Apache NiFi, Cloudera/Hortonworks) is a plus.
• Experience with inference serving (vLLM) is a plus.
