About the Role:

Tandem Health is building a cutting-edge, LLM-centered application that will transform the healthcare experience in Europe. They are looking for an experienced AI engineer to develop full-stack applications at the intersection of advanced AI and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build full-stack LLM-driven applications with UI and backend integration
• Monitor and improve production LLM systems currently in use
• Iterate rapidly incorporating latest LLM advancements and user feedback
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from conception to deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams on user outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Strong AI engineering background, specifically with LLM-centric products
• Proven track record shipping production-grade applications in fast-paced/startup environments
• Action-oriented with comfort navigating ambiguity
• Core stack expertise: Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes
• Collaborative mindset

Bonus Qualifications:

• Microsoft infrastructure experience (C#, Azure)
• Hands-on LLM/speech model integration (GPT, Whisper)
• Healthcare tech or regulated environment experience
