About the Role:
Tandem Health is building a cutting-edge, LLM-centered application that will transform the healthcare experience in Europe. They are looking for an experienced AI engineer to develop full-stack applications at the intersection of advanced AI and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build full-stack LLM-driven applications with UI and backend integration
- Monitor and improve production LLM systems currently in use
- Iterate rapidly incorporating latest LLM advancements and user feedback
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from conception to deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams on user outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Strong AI engineering background, specifically with LLM-centric products
- Proven track record shipping production-grade applications in fast-paced/startup environments
- Action-oriented with comfort navigating ambiguity
- Core stack expertise: Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes
- Collaborative mindset
Bonus Qualifications:
- Microsoft infrastructure experience (C#, Azure)
- Hands-on LLM/speech model integration (GPT, Whisper)
- Healthcare tech or regulated environment experience
