Machine Learning Engineer - Agentic AI & LLM Specialization

Aera Technology is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models and Agentic AI to join their Pune, India team. You will design and implement cutting-edge ML features that power data science at scale and enable autonomous, intelligent decision-making for enterprise clients. The role involves exploring, evaluating, and integrating emerging AI technologies to push the boundaries of autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-based reasoning.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in CS or related field
• 3-5 years software engineering experience
• At least 2 years designing and deploying ML or LLM-based systems
• Strong Python skills with experience in FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
• Experience with large datasets, ML pipelines, and distributed systems (Ray, Spark)
