About the Role
Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery. In 2026, Alan is moving from 'AI tools you monitor' to 'AI agents you trust.'
The role focuses on scaling Hopper, Alan's own background coding agent, alongside the infrastructure that makes it reliable: managed agent pools, sandboxed environments, autonomous testing, and CI auto-fix.
What you'll build
- AI-native developer tools including agent orchestration, parallel agent pools, and a web dashboard for builders
- Autonomous testing infrastructure
- Sandboxed development environments
- CI/CD quality guardrails
Experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus.
Tech stack: Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
