As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who embeds directly with our most strategic customers to drive transformational AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Build production applications using Claude models that meet customer requirements
• Deliver technical artifacts like MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills for production workflows
• Provide enterprise deployment support for Anthropic products
• Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns
• Stay current with LLM developments
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Frequent travel (25-50%) to customer sites
• Champion Anthropic's mission in enterprise environments

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• Native or C1 German speaker with fluent English proficiency
• Production LLM experience including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks
• Python proficiency plus TypeScript, Java, or similar
• High agency navigating organizational complexity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred: Financial services, healthcare, or enterprise IT background

Annual Salary: EUR205,000 - EUR220,000 Hybrid: 25% in-office minimum Visa sponsorship available
