As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce, you bring cutting-edge AI solutions to Salesforce's most strategic clients. You deeply understand customers' most complex problems, architect sophisticated solutions, and lead the end-to-end technical delivery of innovative, impactful solutions that leverage the Agentforce platform and beyond.

Core responsibilities:

• Technical Delivery: Own the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting issues, while guiding and reviewing the work of junior team members.
• Agentforce Solutions: Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform, ensuring they precisely meet unique business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing customer ecosystems.
• Data Integration: Own the entire data lifecycle, from strategic design of data models to hands-on building of efficient processing pipelines and integration strategies, ensuring data is always ready, optimized, and secure for advanced AI applications.
• Strategic Partnership: Embed yourself deeply with client teams to grasp their operational challenges and strategic goals, translating these nuanced needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution designs.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role building production AI/agent solutions on Agentforce.
