What you'll do:

• Design and implement AI agent features with sophisticated context management techniques (sub-agents and retrieval-based context management)
• Integrate multiple LLM providers including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini
• Enable tool use and workflow orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph and Vercel's AI SDK
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI-powered feature deployment
• Collect datasets and analyze agent behavior patterns for continuous improvement
• Stay current with LLM research and experiment with novel techniques

What we're looking for:

• Strong TypeScript proficiency (daily usage expected)
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications in production
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering and optimization
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent English communication skills

Bonus:

• Familiarity with DSPy framework
• Machine learning background
• Open-source contributions
• Experience implementing techniques from recent AI/ML research papers
